Participating Research Groups
Cycris is a joint endeavour of (initially) three research groups in at Tilburg University and Radboud University Nijmegen. Together, these groups are able to address all issues in Cybercime from all relevant perspectives.
Typical of all involved research groups and persons, is that they are focused on interdisciplinary research on the boundary of technological, organisational and legal knowledge.
Computer Science-related groups
From the Radboud University Nijmegen, there is involvement from Computer Science (officially called the Institute for Computing and Information Sciences (ICIS)), in particular the Security of Systems (SoS) group and the Information and Knowledge Systems (IRIS) group.
People involved include Kees Koster, Jaap-Henk Hoepman, Bart Jacobs, Wouter Teepe, Eric Verheul and Theo van der Weide.
Law-related groups
From Tilburg University the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT) is involved, and from the Radboud University Nijmegen, the Criminal Law Institute is involved.
People involved include Ybo Buruma, Bert-Jaap Koops, Ronald Leenes, Maurice Schellekens and Martine van der Staak.
